Delivery
Plug-in kits will come to your door by courier, anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales. We'll confirm the charge and the courier when ordering opens.
How big is the box?
Each kit comes in one box. They're long and heavy, so have two people ready.

On delivery day
- Someone aged 18 or over needs to be in.
- Clear a route from the door to your spot before the box arrives.
- Mention steps, narrow paths or tricky parking when you order.
- If the box looks damaged, write "damaged" when you sign, take photos and tell us.
Changing your mind
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, or within 14 days of delivery. After delivery, you pay to send the kit back unless it's faulty. Keep the box and packing until you're sure.
Where we can't deliver
Plug-in kits can be used in England, Scotland and Wales, so we can't deliver kits to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Rooftop and battery quote requests are welcome from anywhere in the UK.
