Free at myplugin.solar, before you first switch on. We'll do it together.
Connecting the app
So you can watch what your panels are making from your phone.
What we can't do on a call
It's help over the phone, not a fitting service. We don't visit, and we can't see your wiring. If your socket or fuse box needs work, an electrician can sort it.
A hybrid kit going on a wall, a flat roof or anywhere raised needs a professional assessment first. Kits with more than 960W of panels should have a professional check of the electrics.

Is the call extra?
No. It's included with every kit.
How long does it take?
As long as you need. We stay on until the kit is set up, registered and showing in the app.
Phone or video?
Either. Video helps when you want to show us the stand, your spot or your socket.
Can you come and set it up for me?
No, we don't offer fitting. The kits are made for you to set up yourself. If you'd rather have it all done for you, ask us about rooftop solar.
